Things We Get Asked A Lot

Support is neurodivergent-affirming and tailored to your unique needs. It’s designed to feel safe, validating, and practical—especially for those who may have felt misunderstood in traditional settings.

You can expect 1:1 personalised guidance similar to the kind of support offered by education specialists in school environments, but adapted for real-life challenges and goals.

Areas of support may include:

  • ADHD and autism coaching

  • Emotional regulation strategies

  • Executive functioning support

  • Identity exploration and advocacy

  • Navigating relationships, work, and life transitions

This is a collaborative, strengths-based approach—not a one-size-fits-all model. Every session is shaped around your goals, your pace, and your preferred ways of communicating.
